I'm a Je...Dr. Jay I love your blog Yoga for Cynics! I'm a Jesuit at heart a big cynic but yoga has really done wonders for me! One person who got me into yoga was a yoga teacher at the studio Center for Yoga. His name was Frank White and he started studying yoga in his sixties when he had retired. He was 79 when I first took his class, he asked me if I ever did yoga before and I said yes, I thought "This class is going to be easy." His class was the hardest class I ever took. He kicked my ass, My head was even sweating! And that was all just due to the work he had us do. So I thought if this man in who is 79 is in better shape that most his students half his age there must be something to this yoga stuff. Sorry but I your blog won't allow me to comment on it.
