"Poppies, poppies, poppies" Wicked Witch of the West

Yesterday I pulled a back muscle in yoga class, then while crawling down stairs I tripped over someone shoes and had to go to the E.R. Now, I'm on muscle relaxers and felt as loose as a goose. I'm so relax nothing can get my fir up. Still, pity. I planned on driving out to the high desert and look at the wild flowers in bloom. Well, maybe next Spring. Remember, you can look at wild flowers but it's illegal to pick them. Right, back to staring at the walls. Actually I have cabel so I'm looking forward to watching the "Tudors" tonight. Great show, great cast only one thing bugs me. Henry the Eight was over 6'2" and a red-head and the actor who plays him is not a red hair or over six feet tall. Still, great show.

"Pulled back muscle" - ouch.

"Muscle Relaxers" - Part of me thinks that sounds like fun but it also sounds like it would just make me groggy.

Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever had one.

Enjoy the show!

Ouch, that must have been some yoga position! Hope it heals soon.

It always worries me when a yoga teacher gets hurt doing their stuff...
Get well soon

The irony is that I wasn't doing yoga when I pulled my back out. I bend down to pick up my yoga bag and twisted myself in a strange way and I almost blacked out from the pain! Also, taking a tumble down a flight of stairs didn't help!

Muscle relaxers put me out like a light.

Sorry you got hurt.

That's just awful about your pulled back muscle. Rest up and hopefully you'll feel better soon.

He who plays Henry is quite brooding, isn't he? I enjoyed the show too. Go careful girl. You must be pretty high on medication to be so relaxed. I laughed out loud reading it.

Middle Ditch thirteen is posted. That might cheer you up too.

I'm sorry to hear about your injury, that's so hard. I think it's time to relax and slow down a bit and nothing will do that better than being on muscle relaxers. I hope you heal quickly!
