Viva la France!

I'm no great fan of Red China. They use prison labor as well as child labor. There is no freedom of speech or freedom of the press. Not to mention the cruel way they have treated the nation of Tibet! So when I heard that they were to host the Olympic Games I was fluming. So I was pleased to see that France protested the carrying of the Olympic torch ! Good for you France!

With the whole world watching, there are years worth of protesting built up in people and I fear many will get hurt. I personally am going to boycott the Olympics completely. I'm not a fan of the games in general (because I really don't like competition) but this time in particular I just can't participate in any way.

I wish the United States would boycott the games, we give Red China far too much money already, one reason I don't shop at Traget, Walmart or Guess for China uses prison labor to make their porducts. Plus, these p[roducts give us lead poisoning. I agree with you Sacred Suzie I'm not watching the games.

I won't be watching either. I'm not a fan of the Olympics ... lots of druggie cheats that make it unfair on the genuine athletes. My country just signed a Trade Deal with China and most of us are really peeved about it.
No freedom/no integrity!

I do like the Olympics and will be watching. I still can't understand why the games are in China though. Somehow it's not right.
