It's the end of the world as we know, it's the end of the world as we, it's the end of the world as we know, I feel find...

I have a friend who is a Jehovah's Witness that whenever we have a natural disaster or strange weather claims it's all a sign that the end of the world is near. Who knows, strange things are going on but then there has NEVER been a period in history where awful disasters or strange weather hasn't hit the world! At least I don't have to worry about my town being raided by Vikings!

But damn this is strange weather. Yesterday while driving down the 210 freeway through Pasadena hail stones fell so heavy that the Police shut down the on-ramps and I had to pull over to the shoulder for 15 minutes because I couldn't see clearly enough to drive. It's was scray. The sky lit up with flashes of lightening! It was amazing! I can't remember a time when it rain in the month of May! Last week while I was in Boston my mom said that there was a heat wave in the high 90s! Now it's a cold 60s. It's been gray and windy and feels like rain again.
There was in a reports of a tornado hitting a freeway in Riverside County! A tornado in California?

Maybe the end is near. But what can you do? I found the art work on this tombstone while in Boston very interesting. It has a dancing winges sheleton dancing over a skull with an hour glass next to it. Very amusing!

But can we do even if the end is near but dance like the image of Shiva dancing in a cosmic flames of an ever changing universe.

There were tornados here in Colorado yesterday, too, it was very odd. And sad. Lots of damage. Happily, so far, only minimal injuries and only one death.

Thank you for the nice remarks on my humble photo.
Well, the weather and climate seem to be mad and bad the world over ... it has it's predecence in history though.
If the end is near then let us eat, dance and be merry ... for what else can we do.

I am not scared of graves, but the first time I visited that graveyard you know I love so much, I found a completely black stone that was shaped exactly like the coffins in vampire films. And there was a fabric black-and-purple rose planted just above it. There was a long cross carved down the middle of it. I just didn't want to go near it. Turned out it had belonged to a woman who had been quite important in a local church, so it wasn't as scary once I made myself go closer ... but graves can be weird like that.

I wonder what that artwork could have implied?

Hope to weather clears up in your area. I'm really lucky today. Seventy degrees and sunny!

I guess we just gotta learn how to dance in the hurricane of life. I'm not surprised Mother Nature is upset with us. I just hope we can make a difference and help her out soon.
