Proposition 98 is about stopping rent control. Sorry K- I know that the there the our Governor wants to sell our public beach parks , such as Will Rogers State Park. Which I believe is Proposition 99 because Arnold want to build housing on it! So my answer is teh same NO! NO! NO! On both propositions! They use such Bull Shit as funding will go to education but DON'T believe this line of snake oil! They're greedy and want our money and our state parks!~
