Shine on shine on Harvest moon...

Did anyone check out the beautiful full moon this week?

I've been planting my Fall flowers. I read in the Farmers Almanac that the best time to plant is during the Full Moon cycle. Who knew?

Even a man that is pure of heart and says his prayers at night, may become a werewolf when the woolfbane blooms and the moon is full and bright.

Yes, I tried to get a shot of it last night from the top of the Grove (an LA shopping mall for the out-of-towners) but I wasn't very successful. Nonetheless, you get a nice 360 degree view of the city when you're up there.

i wanted to try to get a shot of the moon, but it was too cloudy here in TN.

thanks for your comment and advice. i used to be very romantic like that, and it never seemed to help. the bigger problem right now is trying to figure out what I want.

The moon has been very pretty lately. I caught it driving home, I looked up and realized that it was orange. Fall already? It still so hot where I live I can't believe the fall has come. That's a great picture by the way.

I've been seeing some wildflowers that I planted start to bloom! Yeah fall flowers!

regarding your response to my last post-thanks so much for reading my blog! I am very aware of where the anger comes from-for me, it's been about learning to acknowledge it in a healthy way.

Thanks for the comment, Yoga Gal! What a beautiful shot of the moon. My camera always gets out of focus for shots like that. It's moon-repellant, I think.

Very cool photo of the moon! I have trouble taking pictures at night -- but you did a great job. And I love what you wrote about the werewolf and woolfbane.
