If you knew sushi like I knew sushi...

At least there is some what of a breeze to blow this 90 degree hot air around. I'm still baking alive but at least I don't feel like I'm in an oven on low bake! After yoga class, I felt as if I just stepped out of a steam bath, thank goodness the teacher kept the windows open! I was a little sad that James didn't teach class today but happy that he was back on a shooting set with Fox Studios. I was a little worried that with the new season of "24 " with a new female president that his character may have been replaced but it appears they're keeping him. Great news about a truly great guy! After class, I needed to cool down with a tall glass of cold beer and sushi. The sushi was tasty and the beer hit the spot!

Looks delicious! that beer is one of my favorites, with a little sake on the side of course.

To answer your question I'm reading pretty much every book by this guy Heinlein

He was way ahead of his time, in regard to sex, politics, religion and science.

Yoga Gal, your yoga teacher is also a TV actor? Am I reading that correctly?

Yoga rocks. I've been doing Iyengar style for over five years.

Thanks for visiting my blog! That was very sweet of you!

I was once an actress, still have my union card but I walked away from the profession. My choice truly! But practicing and teaching yoga in West hollywood I still have friends in the business. I teach a more flow practice and I studied yoga for two years in Pune, India with the great B.K.S. Iyengar. Thanks for asking Dan. My favorite yoga teacher is James Morrison, who stars in the show "24" on Fox T.V.
