The heat is still on. I feel like the Wicked Woman of the West; "I'm melting, melting, melting..." This morning I went to yoga class and thank nirvana the teacher had the windows open and fans on! Some of the yoga teachers feel that fresh air is kryptonite!

thanks for your comment on my blog! But actually, I guess I wasn't clear-it's very benign and very removed..the doc took care of it there in the office. No more pain (and it wasn't like it was unbearable..I just let my imagination get away from me), no more cyst. Already healed.
At least the ducks have the right idea to stay cool... stay by the water. :)
